1.本人身份證、臺(tái)胞證、港澳通行證或護(hù)照原件；

2.四張小2寸彩色免冠證件照（4.8×3.3cm） 3.若有國外提供的健康表格（例如國外學(xué)校提供的英文表格），請(qǐng)一并帶來，向工作人員出示；此表格如需醫(yī)師完成填寫，一律須本人現(xiàn)場(chǎng)領(lǐng)取《國際旅行健康檢查證明書》及相關(guān)表格；

4.出國留學(xué)者需同時(shí)攜帶本人預(yù)防接種記錄（兒童接種證）及復(fù)印件，可以轉(zhuǎn)錄預(yù)防接種證明；

5.出境人員信息表（即預(yù)約單，針對(duì)可進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)約的保健中心）

6.如需辦理當(dāng)日加急手續(xù)，請(qǐng)攜帶4日之內(nèi)離境的機(jī)票（原件或復(fù)印件）。

1、PS

PS，Personal Statement 或者 Statement of Purpose，如果一個(gè)學(xué)校只要其中一個(gè)，那么可按普通的PS來準(zhǔn)備，如果一個(gè)學(xué)校兩者都要求，那么PersonalStatement 傾向于個(gè)人成長(zhǎng)經(jīng)歷，而Statementof Purpose 則看重申請(qǐng)者的學(xué)術(shù)科研或?qū)嵙?xí)經(jīng)歷。

首先，按統(tǒng)一的PS來說，一般會(huì)包括以下四個(gè)部分：學(xué)生選擇在某個(gè)領(lǐng)域繼續(xù)深造的動(dòng)機(jī)；學(xué)生之前的學(xué)術(shù)的，科研的，實(shí)習(xí)或工作的，以及課外的經(jīng)歷；學(xué)生明確的長(zhǎng)短期的職業(yè)規(guī)劃；選擇某個(gè)大學(xué)的某個(gè)項(xiàng)目的原因。這四個(gè)部分基本囊括了學(xué)生的各個(gè)方面，學(xué)校可由此來對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行全面的評(píng)估。其次，在語言和內(nèi)容上，相比于本科ESSAY，研究生的PS更加直接，簡(jiǎn)練和看重邏輯性。在準(zhǔn)備PS時(shí)，根據(jù)學(xué)校的要求進(jìn)行直截了當(dāng)?shù)幕卮穑恍枰鼗匕俎D(zhuǎn)，也不需要委婉含蓄，更不需要像寫散文一樣來寫PS；當(dāng)然了，內(nèi)容永遠(yuǎn)是王道，具體的詳細(xì)的內(nèi)容是體現(xiàn)學(xué)生能力和思想的基礎(chǔ)，沒有內(nèi)容就失去了說服力和支撐，所以PS切忌空洞無物。后，在寫PS之前，需要對(duì)自己深入思考，找出自己的特點(diǎn)，能力和品質(zhì)，這些就是需要在PS中重點(diǎn)突出的部分。

2、RL

RL，就是推薦信，由公證客觀的第三方（申請(qǐng)者和學(xué)校之外）提供，所以一般情況下朋友，父母和配偶是沒有資格去提供推薦信的。既然是第三方對(duì)申請(qǐng)者做出評(píng)價(jià)，那么就有如下的原則：

第一，推薦人是熟知被推薦人的

第二，推薦人和被推薦人在學(xué)術(shù)或者實(shí)習(xí)中是有過合作或者交集的

第三，再和推薦人的交集中，被推薦人的表現(xiàn)是較好的。

根據(jù)以上原則，學(xué)生可以在一定范圍內(nèi)自行選擇自己的推薦人。

3、CV

CV，或者Resume，兩者是有一定區(qū)別，Resume是對(duì)申請(qǐng)者各個(gè)方面經(jīng)歷的簡(jiǎn)要概括，CV則是對(duì)申請(qǐng)者學(xué)術(shù)，科研，實(shí)習(xí)和課外等方面的較為詳細(xì)的描述，其實(shí)兩者的區(qū)分并不大，也不必遵循不能超過一頁的規(guī)則。CV寫作首先體現(xiàn)在格式上，一目了然和條理分明，要做到這一點(diǎn)就要注重格式，比如字體顏色使用合理，字體統(tǒng)一，時(shí)間由近到遠(yuǎn)等；其次是重點(diǎn)突出，CV不是流水賬，需要通過特別說明或頁面布局上來突出學(xué)生某一個(gè)或幾個(gè)經(jīng)歷；后，CV是一個(gè)很好的補(bǔ)充，一些無法在PS或RL中體現(xiàn)的，對(duì)申請(qǐng)有幫助的經(jīng)歷，就可以寫進(jìn)CV當(dāng)中，比如學(xué)生的特長(zhǎng)和愛好等。
