Since entering the company, my work is mainly to help “ 6s” the implementation, and then the implementation of “ 6s” Although I have not been in the factory for a long time, I also summarize the work as follows for more than a month.

2.6s 6S further promote the implementation of office work to develop a detailed work plan, according to the different departments to formulate different 6S activity checklist, and on-site assessment, selected each week 6S advanced team, each team every week every month according to the performance appraisal of making comprehensive results, given the excellent team cash rewards. In order to carry out the 6S evaluation fair, the 6S promotion office has made the power number according to the actual situation of each department group, which ensures the fairness of the evaluation.
